He will not walk through 2 inches of snow, when I posted it on, didn't receive mail piece , that option disappeared, and now I'm not receiving any mail. I called the 800 number to complain, but the service just got worse. The moto of the po is, the mail must go through! I guess that doesn't cover spoiled workers.

The would hardly even look at us, maybe they thought if they didn't make eye contact with us we would go away. The lady that helped me with the actual passport was kind enough but the gentleman behind the main counter,Dayle, was short, curt, and bordering on down right rude. He made me feel like I was a giant bother to him and he moved at a sloth like pace. I'm in the customer service industry too and would never even considering treating my clients the way the clerks at this U.S. Postal service were treating people today. I would generally not say anything or rate a place but today I felt I had no choice.
