Their delivery guy sucks in my area. He will not walk through 2 inches of snow, when I posted it on, didn't receive mail piece , that option disappeared, and now I'm not receiving any mail. I called the 800 number to complain, but the service just got worse. The moto of the po is, the mail must go through! I guess that doesn't cover spoiled workers.

When you make an appointment to get a passport, take time off work, drive for 50 minutes, only to be told the passport division is closed because both people called in sick is extremely unprofessional. Someone should have called to tell us the appointment was cancelled.

Outstanding service from TIARA and the management team today. Most impressive. Also five stars for my neighborhood carrier STEVE. Much appreciated.

Stopped in yesterday to inquire how much it would cost to ship my tools to Philadelphia. 70lbs max would cost 130$ Ok fine. Showed up today with a 56lb box and they tried to charge me 180$. What a sham. Goodbye.

I went in there to get a passport renewed today. I found the employees very slow to respond to customers standing in line. The would hardly even look at us, maybe they thought if they didn't make eye contact with us we would go away. The lady that helped me with the actual passport was kind enough but the gentleman behind the main counter,Dayle, was short, curt, and bordering on down right rude. He made me feel like I was a giant bother to him and he moved at a sloth like pace. I'm in the customer service industry too and would never even considering treating my clients the way the clerks at this U.S. Postal service were treating people today. I would generally not say anything or rate a place but today I felt I had no choice.
