I have also not received some of my packages from them because they get delivered elsewhere. Do better like seriously

Even with our names & address on in big letters on mailbox they still CAN'T seem to put it in correct mailbox & several items of mail were not received bc next door do not go out of their way to return the mail. Some very personal information had been opened as well. Yesterday once again my sister & I were told by a honest neighbor that they had our mail. AGAIN! Some things were never found such as gift cards. I find these people as dishonest & incompetent. And rude!! Looking at how to turn this office in!

When it comes to smart post from fedex I highly recommend if you like in new plymouth dont do it as itll take them forever to accept items an when you call they will say you dont have your items there so I called the 1800 number an they said the post office in new Plymouth should have accepted the smart post 4 days ago... very irritated with this post office 🙄 worthless
