I went in with my baby and toddler to change my address like my email said, and she was beyond belittling and condescending. When I kindly told her I had a lot going on and that she was being condescending, she said “if you don’t know how to take me, that’s on you”. I am speechless.

Long story short, they’re lazy and never try to actually deliver it. I have a ring camera and I’m home all day. MAKE AN EFFORT TO DELIVER. It’s your damn job.
- ASAaron StaggsMar 3, 20261.0Got there before they opened two people in front of me Lady that I had to deal with unfortunately was very rude I obviously had a prepaid label on the box she's not asked me if it was a prepaid label she asked me if I printed it out myself I said no she said well I don't know if it's been prepaid or not I told her three times that the from address was my home and the delivery address on the label was another area she couldn't understand that I guess I don't know why I even told her three times just to make sure
