  Delivery was timely and they kept me informed. They left it at the door, as instructed and placed it under the porch roof to protect it from the weather. Item arrived safely and undamaged.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. My delivery has been repeatedly cancelled since January. I keep rescheduling and they keep cancelling. I've been promised updates every day since the last cancellation but they haven't been able to get a hold of the "local hub". Today I learned, they only email them. They "can't" call. So, I guess check to see which delivery service the company uses. If it's RXO out of Nampa, ID save yourself the stress and order elsewhere.

  The folks making the delivery of my new washer and dryer, including haul away of the old machines and hookup of the new ones, were polite, pleasant, and seemed highly competent. They were very careful not to damage the new appliances, and I appreciated that they gave me a chance to clean the floor before they installed the new ones. I would highly recommend this very professional team!

  Great service. The delivery men arrived early and were very fast at bringing everything in. The men were also very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend using them for deliveries.
