- JRJanet RinguletMar 18, 20261.0Since this company has taken over the delivery of our water there have been times our order has been messed up. Today, 3/18/2026, our scheduled delivery was to be delivered. The truck came by at 1:30 pm (captured on a neighbors video camera). We had a rack with 3 empty bottles on it at the rear of our house (where water has been delivered to since February of 2025) the empty bottles were gone along with our rack and no new bottles were delivered!!! We have cancelled this service. Customer service was not helpful at all!! I absolutely do not recommend using this service!! Update: I was giving a gratuity to the driver….. I just received an invoice for the driver gratuity….on water I didn’t receive and a missing rack!! OMFG! Really????

Looked through our invoice and saw that we were getting charged for deliveries that did not happen. When you contact them for a credit and show proof that there was no delivery, they say that I should see a credit on our account in 24-72 hours. I have now requested the credit 6 different times with no credit in sight. They are a very dishonest company. DO NOT USE.

They NEVER communicate with you and will change delivery days with out notice. I skipped a delivery but still received it and was told they will still be charging my account. decided to cancel just because of way to much inconsistency and they have changed my equipment pick up day 3 times! they don't show I call and they say yes you pick up date was rescheduled which means I have to carry everything back inside again. will NEVER use service again and will NEVER recommend.
