The clerk had me fill out a form and address it and then charged me $24.95. This is just for one small letter that had 1 page in an envelope. I found out later by looking on the USPS website that I could have mailed it for only $3.98. Don't trust what the clerks say.

I've been mailing letters a certain way that meets the requirements of USPS in partnership with ebay for over 8 years across different states and have never had an issue along with thousands of other people who ship the same way as it is a known accepted way throughout the community. Steve decided to be really rude and confrontational about it out loud by stating it would not be accepted. I mentioned to him that there are thousands that go out everyday throughout the country and he stated "no they don't, and if they are someone at those USPS centers are not doing there job"
