They Mis-shipped (put on wrong truck) my package yesterday and then Mis-delivered it to the wrong person today or liked what I ordered and kept it. My package now shows delivered but I have been obsessively checking all day and have received nothing. Then it took over 2 hours to report the missing package on their website. As it refused to allow me to report it. I can understand one mistake but this is ridiculous.

This post office is one of the worst, not necessarily because the workers are not helpful, but because they have a boom box playing extremely loud music. You can barely focus on your communication with the associates. Please tell them to stop this nonsense!

I went into the post office to mail a letter to England because I did not know how to do it. The clerk had me fill out a form and address it and then charged me $24.95. This is just for one small letter that had 1 page in an envelope. I found out later by looking on the USPS website that I could have mailed it for only $3.98. Don't trust what the clerks say.

Steve the counter clerk was very rude. I've been mailing letters a certain way that meets the requirements of USPS in partnership with ebay for over 8 years across different states and have never had an issue along with thousands of other people who ship the same way as it is a known accepted way throughout the community. Steve decided to be really rude and confrontational about it out loud by stating it would not be accepted. I mentioned to him that there are thousands that go out everyday throughout the country and he stated "no they don't, and if they are someone at those USPS centers are not doing there job"
