Aggressive postal workers, reported it with no action taken despite being told there would be. Postal district 83686-2652 needs to be investigated, it's absurd that the workers act the way they do and no action is taken. Lower rating than your local fast food says a LOT about how this somehow government affiliated building represents itself. Key Provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 1703:
For Postal Service Officers/Employees: Unlawfully secreting, destroying, detaining, delaying, or opening any mail entrusted to them is a crime. I was never notified directly about any action that was taken, nor was any other individual including the listed home owner as per policy. I expect action now, not later and will be now filing charges against this postal worker, and the office because it's not just an inconvenience anymore.

I refuse to go to the Caldwell post office because of the horrible customer service so we tried this location. The gentleman who helped us was amazing. I believe his name is John. My daughter actually WANTS to go to the post office with me because he was so funny.

I looked on the website & followed the guidelines I found available for dry ice but when I got to drop it off, I was told it was done incorrectly. They were unable to provide me with policy so I could fix it; and they couldn’t guide me to where the specific information/form was available on the website either. I tried again when I got home searching for the mention of how many holes to poke like the employee said was wrong but I couldn’t find anything. Please make the information easier to self-service on your website, I just went somewhere else where I was able to get help.

I’m not from Idaho and I needed to mail out a box before leaving to go back home. I checked to see how long the Nampa post office was open on Saturday. I was completely appalled by all the reviews I read. Some of the comments were, in my opinion, completely unnecessary. I went with my sister-in-law once, before today’s trip to this post office. The clerk that helped us was very friendly & courteous . It was a great experience…5 stars! Today, we waited in line for about 10 minutes or so before they opened the counters. The wait line went fast. They had 3 clerks working the counters today. All of them had smiles, were helpful and very friendly. John, the gentleman that helped me was great! Friendly, smiled, held eye contact, so polite. He was very helpful with the questions I had to answer about the contents in the box. Over all, both experiences at this post office on 11th Street in Nampa was amazing!!! If I could have given them more than 5 stars, I would have!!
FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Maybe the problem(s) lie within the customer’s over all attitude & mannerisms and not within the post office clerks!!!
