- KFKris FloydDec 29, 20255.0I went in after Christmas to return two Amazon packages on Dec29th. The store was packed with 2 lines out the door and it stayed that way the entire time I was in there. The staff working at the registers were all amazing! I had plenty of time to stand in line and watch them interacting with customers. They were all providing excellent customer service, despite the busy store and some impatient customers. Destiny helped me when I reached a register. She was patient and helpful despite me not having the correct scan code and a box. I have not always had great service at this location over the years, but the last two times I have went in it has been exceptional!

UPS puts a “will deliver by 9PM” on a workday, arrives at 10:27 am with an “oops we missed you letter” and will not allow me to do a store pick-up because the shipper specified home address and signature. Called the shipper and UPS will not budge and states “customer specified home address” no the customer is specifying to give me my package and not a vague by 9PM on a workday. UPS is garbage, do not use unless 100% necessary
