But speed ISN'T the only thing. It never ceases to amaze me how many people who deal with customers face-to-face every single day continue to ignore this simple, basic truth! Clerk #265625 either was never taught this vital lesson; or he believes it just doesn't apply to him. He's one of the "faces" the public (people like me) see every time a customer goes in to ship a package. And, just as happened with me, customers are going to walk out of there irritated. We may not "blow our cool and make a scene" -- but, rest assured, we DO NOTICE!
