I followed the mail forwarding instructions posted online for the campground only to find out that the address had changed and that the box 5000 was no longer valid and mail to that address would normally be rerouted back to the sender. Jim went out of his way to watch for my prescriptions and hold them for me. I also had a small package shipped UPS that also had the above address that he also made sure I received. Although the only one in an office that serves the entire base I found Jim to be very friendly and customer oriented. I'm glad he was available when I needed assistance!
