Samuel at the desk was confrontational, unhelpful, and left me worried about the shipping of heirlooms mailed to my son & his family. He wouldn't insure them because I didn't want him to cut open the boxes, which I had carefully pack with bubble wrap, newspapers & cloth. I've written to UPS to ask them to check on the boxes condition. Ps both were clearly marked Fragile
