  I worked with the photo department at the Moscow Shop this week. Two employees Sky and Chris absolutely fantastic, helpful , respectful, Outstanding customer service. I could not have been happier and as a small business owner, I highly recommend you use these people for your business and personal printing needs.

  I wish this was the first time I experienced this with my Amazon return, but it's not. The fella doesn't even try to hide the fact that he HATES AMAZON. He said to me several times that the pillow I was returning "is just LUDACRIS!" So when I arrived, I followed all the signs for Amazon Returns and ended up in the printing department. A tall slender young man was vacuuming as I stood at the open space counter. He looked up at me and said while looking at the bag of returns I had, "What is this?" Referring to the pillow sticking out. I said it I have a couple of items to return. With a disgusted look and voice tone he says,"What!? They are letting you return this? That is just ludacris!" He snatched up the bag and walked to the other end of the counter. When he got to the end he slammed down the bag and yelled, "Ugh, I can help you down here." I absolutely could not believe the way he was talking to me. He is one of the rudest employees I've ever had to deal with. It didn't end there. He asked for the bar codes and while I was pulling them up, he kept tapping the counter with the scanner and huffing/puffing. He was clearly agitated with his task. When he got to the pillow he reiterated just how LUDACRIS it was while he wrapped it aggresivly with packaging tape. He went on to tell/show me all the boxes of returns he did just today. I could not get out of the store fast enough! He didn't even have a name tag on or I would give you his name. He's been there a while. Good employees are hard to find.

  My Hubby and I just came in to check out what was available for Laptops and it was such an Awesome experience! Everyone was friendly and Ben C is exceptional in his knowledge. He was able to give me ALL the info I needed for my research to find the perfect fit for my needs; work, school, research papers and my LOVE of Art!! My current laptop is super outdated and lagging in all areas!! I brought it in and said "help me", He set me up with a new Laptop; laptop bag; which was cheaper online and added to my order, Brother Printer with all the necessary start ups, and an Excellent chair. I want to add this important point..he asked me what I needed, really listened and we were so impressed we are currently looking into the added services Staples provides..like POBox replacement and gift ideas for family and friends!. Thank you Ben C and all the staff in Moscow, Idaho for your wide range of services, expert staff and variety of supplies, discounts and rewards! Josie and George 11/ 2025

  Terrible establishment, even worse service. The people behind the counter are beyond rude and will ignore you when you are clearly right in front of them. DO NOT COME HERE. They will waste your time. Go anywhere else. Amazon return people are so rude, as well as the other staff!
