    Terrible establishment, even worse service. The people behind the counter are beyond rude and will ignore you when you are clearly right in front of them. DO NOT COME HERE. They will waste your time. Go anywhere else. Amazon return people are so rude, as well as the other staff!

    Staples in Moscow, ID is a friendly spot for finding quality items. The staff is helpful, the Amazon and other stores returns there are super fast and easy, and when they have deals, they are good ones.

    Waifish boy behind the counter consistently spews a bunch of bad attitude when I bring in Amazon returns. Today was no exception, as he shared with me his hate for Amazon and Jeff Bezos, and his hate that Amazon built a local distribution center that doesn’t accept returns, and that he has cancelled his Prime account because he hates taking their returns. It’s pretty tiresome - this is a service that Staples offers, if the employees don’t like it, that shouldn’t become my problem.

    Meh. Used to be a lot nicer. Now it just feels cluttered with extra "stuff" they're trying desperately to hawk at you. They're prices are now out of control. They've done a decent job doing some binding for me and making nice business cards, but I feel like they're just an overpriced version of the same stuff you can get online for a fraction of the cost.

    Sales assoc/ tech support gentleman was SO kind and helpful. There was a “ glitch” but this nice man took full responsibility ( even though it was not at all his full responsibility) which is a rarity with much customer service seen these days. He also called my home with advice for another small problem I encountered ( not with computer but with set up and transfer from old computer to new one ) this gentleman is a breath of fresh air. He gives impeccable customer service and I can’t say enough good about my interactions with staples on this purchase.
