I'd take it to the front desk, stand in line to let them know... One gal said "just throw in back thru the box on to the floor, that'll get our attention so we can handle it"... I did that for months so I started just "returning to sender" on my own!! I have now since moved out of state and am having my mail forwarded. but knowing how undependable they are, I'm having a neighbor check the box once a week, in case they dont get things forwarded. It's been 2 months since I started "forwarding" and there has been bills and personal mail REGULARLY that would have just been sitting in the box PAST DUE, had it not been for my helpful neighbor!! I am not usually a complaining person, but the counter service and forwarding service at Middleton has proved to be "less than desirable or dependable"....
