- CAC ArrowApr 21, 20261.0I went in there with my 3-year old to drop off a box but I needed a receipt. I was about five people deep in line when the lady behind the counter asked me if I wanted to just drop it off. I said thanks but I also need a receipt. she said OK so after waiting in line I get up to the counter and she says oh you can use the kiosk right outside and get a receipt. I was so pissed off. Why didn’t you tell me that 15 minutes ago while I was waiting in line that’s some real passive aggressive stuff. I wasn’t rude to her and then she tells me this information after I get up to the front?! Now I know why this place has such low star reviews.

- KWKaren WMar 23, 20265.0I received a phone call from Matt at the post office because my mail has been so mixed up with moving. It had nothing to do with the Post Office that Matt at it was at the post office in Oregon that was a nightmare and continued to deliver packages to my old address. Matt at this post office has done everything possible to help straighten out things to get my mail delivered here. He is gone way beyond the call of duty to help me in this matter when it’s not even their fault at this post office that I’m not getting my mail. He has been so patient with listening to what happened to me and my mail and once again does not really have to even be involved in it but it’s taken the time to try to follow it through with the other Post Office and have it corrected. This is what customer service is all about. The fact that he did this and did not have to is absolutely phenomenal to me. Thanks Matt !!!!

You try to call to get a service taken care of but they tell you they can’t so you waste 40 minutes of your time going in person just to be told they can’t help you because you don’t have a price of paper. But oh, they have flyers all over the place asking for a review. Who has had a 5 star experience at the post office?! 👎🏻
