  Best UPS store in the TV. Generally not crowded, people are ready with their return QR codes and the team is always friendly.

  The location of this store is absolutely perfect, and whether I am returning Amazon packages, printing off work docs, or mailing a gift to my grandma, I am well taken care of. The employees are so helpful, and always seem to have a smile on their faces, especially Gavin. He is always going above and beyond, and it's nice to know I will receive good service, even if I am returning 25 Amazon packages. 🤣

  The manager (woman I can't remember her name) was soooo pleasant! Usually when I go into other stores the staff seems annoyed, but when I walked in here the lady was smiling and happy to help me! She was so sweet and it was great!
