- JMJennifer Mueller1 day ago5.0Scott, at this location, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated his help at Fedex Office on Florence Ave, in Meridian, Idaho. I felt he went above and beyond. He helped me print a return label that I had trouble with printing at home, and he helped me be able to find a correct phone charger, because I had bought the wrong size through Amazon and Target. I just wanted to say how kind, patient, and helpful he was to me

- EAErica AlbertsonMar 11, 20262.0I printed my wedding invitations here (yes, I should have gone somewhere that specializes in this) and they came out very dark which the manager explained to me was because of my paper choice. A different FedEx location recommended this paper choice. While it’s hard to say what the right choice should have been and I did get what I ordered, it was a bummer the manager on duty didn’t seem to care that I was unhappy with the outcome. Later, I tried to email a proposed solution and never heard back. Really a let down in overall customer service.
