My credit is going to take a double hit because of them! 1 because they still haven't payed me, so I'm going to miss a credit card payment. And 2, because I submitted to a background check believing they had a job for me this week if I passed. Well, I passed. No job. Are you going to fix my credit?

The app doesn't let you upload photos of your social security card and it is one of the last things you do in the application process. Staff member in the building told me there is nothing they can do. let me repeat the only thing stopping me from finishing application and being able to work is a photo of my social security card. I tried day after day to get this resolved but I got literally no help whatsoever from the staff and they refused to fix this issue even though they've known about it for a while which is another frustrating thing. They told me they would have technical support call me never got a phone call. I mean the idea is great but this has been a complete waste of my time. I come here because I'm in desperate need of work and I couldn't have got any less amount of help for such a simple dilemma.
