I can't tell you how frustrated this makes me.

I went back re-read the instructions and couldn't find anything about color copies. I wasted another 5 min looking for a fix and found nothing. All the employees were busy with other customers and I ran out of time because I had to pick my daughter up from school. I was charged for the time I spent trying to make a color copy but got nothing. It shouldn't be that hard to make 5 color copies. What a waste.
