You are a number in their system. I've learned the hard way. They did everything for us: created ad copy (words) and creative (visuals), built the ads in the Meta Business Suite, and set the demographics. I met with my account manager (hey Cierra!) on a regular basis to discuss performance and pivots (if needed) with insights from their Paid Ad Manager. They are a really special team.
