We live in the back of our business and they won’t deliver when we’re closed which is fine but when we went to talk about getting things delivered the older lady working there was very critical and losing her patience. We’ve dealt with losing packages, things not being delivered for a week after it says on my end that it’s been delivered. The lady behind the desk said I should be receiving a slip when they can’t deliver and I’ve told them several times that I have never received any slips. I’ve been met with such rudeness by the older blonde lady with glasses so many times, she interrupts and doesn’t even let me explain my situation. Never dealt with ruder people at the post office and the post office isn’t really known for their customer service in the first place.
