I mistakenly read USPS instead of UPS on the label I emailed her and so she waited in line here to have the label printed before shipping the package. Once she got to the front of the line the worker at the counter decided it wasn't enough to tell her she was at the wrong location, but felt it was necessary to condescendingly point out how obvious it should have been to see the one letter difference on the label. I'm definitely not a fan of the way my friend was treated for a mistake I made myself. Have your people do better please.
