- WUWAE UNIT8Dec 8, 20231.0I'm a delivery driver for DHL . The package I was attempting to deliver had an address using their PO box which is paid for by the customer. The post master refused this package because it didn't have usps postage . Said it would require additional fees to accept it for this customer who already paid for the shipping upon purchase. The following day I tried to leave a tag for the customer to notify their package could not be delivered to the PO box. The post master would only accept this tag in an envelope and postage so it could placed inside the PO box. Why pay for a PO box if it can't be used? It's to provide a safe place to deliver! Extremely frustrating!
