- KHKimberly HartNov 25, 20251.0I’ve had repeated issues at this location with packages not being scanned at drop-off. • The first time, I dropped off a USPS package. Staff said they loaded it on the truck, but it was never scanned, so the tracking number never activated. It eventually arrived (quite late), but I had no visibility during transit and they had no information to share. • The second time, I shipped a UPS package and paid extra for 3‑day service. I dropped it off on a Monday, but by the following Monday the tracking still hadn’t been scanned. This repeated failure to initiate tracking makes it impossible to confirm that packages are in the system, even when I pay for expedited service. I hope management addresses the scanning process so other customers don’t face the same issue.

They got me on their wifi and let me email them a document that I couldn't get to any other way, then worked through various difficulties to get it printed for me. Thanks Lewiston UPS store!
