  It cost me $10.00 to mail a 4oz letter with a picture inside. They spelled the name on the label wrong, and I’m not sure if they don’t use a system where it’ll correct it to the proper address if it’s wrong according to real addresses on the map in the system, which I have been told is something they do have so I’ll have to ask why they wouldn’t mention that to me prior to sending it anyways. I paid $10.00 for shipping on something that apparently wasn’t deliverable. Apparently the zip code on it wasn’t the right one for that town, it was the next one over. I asked if they could put the right zip code in and he says “yah I can’t, I don’t have a way to find that” while on the very computer he was using to look up the address, on MAPS. He had the street address, city and state mind you. That’s fine, I’ll look it up myself. I got the right one, he punched it in and didn’t say anything after about the address still not being deliverable and sent it anyways. I have to go back and see if they can just correct it, considering not only was the address wrong, but they also spelled my name and info wrong too. I’m not paying $10.00 again to mail a 4oz package. I’ll just send it by pigeon at this point.

  Dealing with a brand new phone and headphones that is a lost package and when I called an older man hung up on me , when I called back and asked to speak to the manager I was shut down. When I went into the store to try to file a complaint against this behavior , it was him who talked to me and decided to yell at me that I was trespassed from the store and that they have my license plate number because I didn’t care to hear what excuses he had for HANGING UP ON A CUSTOMER. This older gentleman also would not provide me his name.

  This place is extremely unprofessional, the old guy who I assume is the owner just stands behind the workers staring at them work, which is very weird, and he's not very understanding or friendly to costumers.

  Extremely RUDE older man working for this location. Wow. Yelled "You're Welcome" at me as I left because I did not say "Thank you" when I chose not to send a Valentine card and small thing of candy to my father in Kamiah because it was going to cost nearly $30! Like I had no right to change my mind? Just wow.

  John, at the Lewiston Idaho UPS Store is the best! John and one of his employees saved me from a bad scam deal. His wife is so sweet and caring and John was the best support anyone could ever hope to find. Thankful to them everyday ❣️
