I took Amazon return items in to the store today, granted I had a lot to drop off, but the woman helping me made me feel like I was an absolute nuisance. She spoke to me as if I was literally annoying her. Mind you, it was mid afternoon on Saturday and the entire store was pretty much empty, so I wasn’t holding up a line. I continuously apologized for having a lot and she didn’t say anything back. Having an employee make you feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome doesn’t make me ever want to come back to this location.

They don’t even carry simple shipping bags for purchase, which makes returning items a hassle for no good reason. The staff was rude and came off like they couldn’t care less about helping. Instead of offering solutions, they acted like any question was an inconvenience. If you walk in without the exact packaging you need, don’t expect them to help you figure it out—they won’t. Parking is also a mess, which just adds to the frustration. Overall, this location feels disorganized and poorly managed. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. I’ll be going out of my way to avoid this place in the future.
