I have a customer who had a mail delivery employee knock on their door and demand extra postage. My business sends out standardized mail that has been verified by our regional postmaster as meeting USPS requirements to be machinable. I would appreciate your partnership in working towards putting our mutual customers first. Thank you.

I will drive the extra 20 minutes to never come here again

- CKChelise KingOct 3, 20251.0Our mail man blasts their talk radio or music when they deliver mail to our cluster box so we can hear it SO loud from inside our house for the 20 mins it takes them to do the mail. I have remote meetings and people can hear it, it is that loud. We have also had MULTIPLE items of mail not delivered. Some of them have made it to the post office (we get notified with an image via email) and then they never make it down the street to our house. We have had at least 3 things in the past month not get delivered, including birthday cards with cash in them. Do better.
