I use a walker and am unable to lift it (marked heavy) the phone number you call is zero help. I guess it will just sit on my step until someone steals it .

I have a customer who had a mail delivery employee knock on their door and demand extra postage. My business sends out standardized mail that has been verified by our regional postmaster as meeting USPS requirements to be machinable. I would appreciate your partnership in working towards putting our mutual customers first. Thank you.

I will drive the extra 20 minutes to never come here again
