- RHRyan HensleeDec 18, 20251.0Just spoke with the manager “Kyle”. I bought a label at home and paid $90 for next day air early. It was supposed to be at its destination at 11:00 am, Today I see no update to The tracking so I called to see if they still have it. Sure enough they do, they said I missed the truck by 30 minutes. The fact no one told me that when I dropped off is insane. So I paid $90 for next day for nothing!! Moral to the story is you’re better off avoiding the Kuna location all together. They are just a small hub that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Look at the other reviews, It’s clear to see.

If the customer service reps can't handle educating customers without being condescending and rude then one should not be in customer service!

No greeting at any point, the only time I was acknowledged was to ask me to remove my bag. Ridiculous, your sign holder on top of the printer weighs more than my empty bag…pick your battles. After you changed your hours and this I will use a different UPS from now on. Update: They did reply to my review, which is appreciated. I added two stars. Thank you.
