- TBTrevor BakerJul 13, 20231.0I have struggled to have accurate deliveries and service from this post office location. Office workers often answer “I don’t know” “at this post office we don’t do that” “you can’t use your address as your address”. We frequently get mail for others and our neighbors get everyone else’s mail. We end up doing their job sharing packages around the community. I wish there was someone to speak to that would resolve concerns or solve problems, but I have not located that person. Wish there was a solution here but after 7 years in Kimberly and seeing nothing but decline, I don’t have faith anything will change. 😕

I have had multiple issues and they have no desire to help. If it weren't a government entity they would have been out of business years ago.
