  The staff were so pleasant and helped me ensure that my package was packed safely, tracked, and sent in the most cost-efficient way possible. I will definitely be back. I have had bad UPS experiences but this was the opposite! Brightened my day.

  Premium Prices for Professional Gaslighting" "If you enjoy paying for Second Day Air only to be lied to by customer service, UPS is the carrier for you. My package has been sitting in a hub 90 minutes away for 3 days. I could have driven there and back on a single tank of gas five times over by now. When I called to ask why a 'guaranteed' service is failing, I was met with the standard script of excuses and corporate gaslighting. They treat you like you’re the crazy one for expecting them to actually do the job you paid for. Don't waste your money on their 'expedited' tiers—they take the extra cash and then provide the same bottom-tier effort. Absolutely zero accountability and even less respect for their customers' time." This package was sent on a Wednesday the 29th of January , is still sitting in a facility and won’t be delivered till Tuesday the 3rd of February. Just to add, I have been having packages sent out every Wednesday for the past 2 years. I usually use USPS priority mail and like clockwork it is in my PO Box every Saturday without fail. The one time I try something new, ie UPS “ 2nd Day Air” at almost 3 times the cost, it takes them a week. And no this was definitely not weather or anything else but pure neglect. Do yourself a favor and stick with USPS

  This location is literally defunct. They are days, if not, weeks behind. When you pay for shipping and are from out of town, this is unacceptable. They need to hire another person to go through the shipments and not have both people working up front when they are clearly not running properly. Maybe even call in some off work employees to come in to get the hours that are so desperately needed to sort through their obscenely behind shipments. I really don't like to leave negative reviews, but after the way the manager handled the situation it has to be written to forewarn others that the way this location is run is 100% unacceptable to their clients that keep them in business. Especially, when some of those packages could be for emergency purposes.
