People understand delays due to lack of workers but dont continue to scan packages saying they are delivered when they actually aren't till days later.

I took a mobile phone to return as my label indicated to this place, they lost my mobile phone and they don't want to take care of it, they denied me proof that they received my package and they don't offer me any solution, unreliable place, a disaster!

We had the pleasure of having Kendall K. help us - she was nothing but kind, personable, and patient with our questions. I'm bummed to see the low average rating/review for this post office, but we first hand saw just how busy it can get - but Kendall K. and the other man working were nothing but efficient, helpful, and just kind (which this world needs more of!). So, thank you Kendall!! :)
