They need to hire another person to go through the shipments and not have both people working up front when they are clearly not running properly. Maybe even call in some off work employees to come in to get the hours that are so desperately needed to sort through their obscenely behind shipments. I really don't like to leave negative reviews, but after the way the manager handled the situation it has to be written to forewarn others that the way this location is run is 100% unacceptable to their clients that keep them in business. Especially, when some of those packages could be for emergency purposes.
