  Amazon returns are ruining this place, and staples. 99% of the customers are there for Amazon returns, most of them have 3-10 items. The line stretches through the entire store and I had to wait my entire lunch break just to ship a package. I got bored and counted 38 Amazon returns before someone needed help with something UPS-related. Make a dedicated line for Amazon returns so actual UPS customers aren't put on the back-burner or you'll see your ratings continue to dip (75% of people won't visit a location if they wee 3.6 stars or less on Google and you're at 3.9)

  UPS, what's with your delivery drivers knocking on the door once before taking off almost right away, even when a package requires a signature? Last few packages I received required a signature, the first two packages they did that and I was barely able to make it to the door. The last one, I was waiting in the living room so I could open the door right away. I'm not even exaggerating, he knocked once and it took me like 3 seconds to get from the couch to the door and the guy was already halfway down the stairs with my package, I didn't even do a full signature either before he took the device from my hand. No to mention he wasn't even planning on leaving a note saying he missed me. I wonder is that's how packages go "missing".

  I had to use their UPS scanning device to obtain my fingerprints for renewing a professional license. Due to Dupuytren's Contracture in both hands and 5 surgeries, my fingers are VERY stiff and difficult to scan. My UPS attendant, Caitlin and her Associate were absolutely patient and Excellent!! Caitlin spent one hour attempting to obtain the fingerprints because of my inability to place many fingers in a flat position for the scan. She even called the scanning company and spoke with their technician to assist in the process. It took one hour to finally obtain enough fingerprints to satisfy the licensing requirement. I cannot thank her enough for her wonderful assistance!!!! A++++

  Christal literally went above and beyond!!! She spent so much time helping me sort through months of return on my email and did everything she could to help me recover as much as possible! I forever owe her!!! She needs a raise and a promotion! Customer service is becoming a lost art and she just restored on my hope in customer service! ❤️
