The people at the capitol branch are so kind and patient!! I always choose this branch as easy in and out! More parking and faster lines!!

I know it's not your fault, but the USPS customer service line is terrible. It picks up every single noise and thinks I said something. When a loud truck drives by I have to mute my phone or else it will think I tried to say something. I called to schedule the pick up of a package but instead it informed me that it was now going to hold all my mail. It was giving me a confirmation number when it thought I said "Main Menu" so it took me back without a confirmation number. I needed a confirmation number in order to reverse the hold but now I don't have one. Maybe take some time and make the world's worst customer care line into something to be proud of.
