I sent a priority package on Saturday from Idaho Falls to Colorado Springs. I wanted the package tracked to verify it's delivery. No signature needed, just deliver it. USPS won't declare how long it will take to arrive until after they process the package in the computer. Poor Programing. In the early days Priority Mail was a 2 to 3 day delivery. My package was going to take 5 days. WTH, 5 days for $11.60. Their routing is so poorly executed these days. Idaho Falls to Boise, not SLC. To SLC, then to Denver, then to Colorado Springs. Good Grief. The package didn't go out for delivery until Fri AM, in Colorado Springs, a day later than expected. The postal delivery human related that they attempted delivery on Friday AM but no one answered the door. My daughter was home all morning. Then the delivery human takes the package backed to the PO vs just putting the very small package in my daughter's locking USPS mailbox on her curb. Horrid service for a huge price and no guarantee or refund for their terrible service.

Had a very great expierance with the Passport clerk. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also took a very nice photo. Would highly recommend making an appointment vs trying to walk in for passport services though. The wait can be crazy.

It's not the Post Office itself, its my mailbox Postman who delivers my mail to my mailbox. Today marks the 35th package NOT DELIVERED TO MY MAILBOX since July 1, 2025. CAN ANYONE BE HELD RESPONSIBLE?? 3 DIFFERENT TIMES I received notifications my packages were delivered to my mailbox. And 3 times my mailbox was completely EMPTY EXCEPT FOR AN AD & 1 LETTER. Late July 2025, I WAS NOTIFIED 19 PACKAGES WERE DELIVERED TO MY MAILBOX. THAT PARTICULAR DAY, MY MAILBOX WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY!!! NOT 1 PACKAGE!!!! ABOUT 4. & 5 DAYS LATER, I RECEVED IN MY MAILBOX OF THE PACKAGES THAT WAS TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THE Saturday before. I have had wrong letters & packages delivered to my mailbox but I took the time to hand deliver them to their rightful owners. The common denominator is APT 103. I do live in an apartment complex at Summerhill Apts in Idaho Falls. But today marks the 35th package to be delivered to my mailbox. But my mailbox only had 1 letter inside my box. I am very DISCOURAGED WITH OUR DELIVERY SERVICE IN Idaho Falls. Yes, I do live at 959 Hoopes Ave #103 Idaho Falls, Idaho 83404. I am hoping this gets to the right people & thi gets fixed. I have done all my Christmas shopping on line because it is hard for me to get out & about. I am just an ordinary Grandma who loves her Grands & Great Grands. Most of these packages were not replaced as their notifications was the same notifications I also received. Sorry, it has hurt me financially bad. I will never recoupe what I have lost in gift buying (especially in shipping charges 😢). I am hoping someone cares. Thank you, Kaye

I was there today just before 10am. There was a long wait and line of customers with only one post office employee working and another just sitting there. After a long period of waiting, the elderly disabled woman in front of me asked if he could help her because her care taker needed to leave. The postal employee, Troy, loudly began to verbally abuse the woman asking her almost yelling “what do you think we got a whole bunch of guys just eating lunch in a break room?” To which she said, “maybe I need to just come back” Troy responded loudly “Yeah, you should leave!” Troy continued to yell about how awful this job is and how he hated it and that he is an alcoholic while servicing the ONE customer he helped before disappearing and never returning. He left one postal worker up front with a line of at least 15 people waiting. I was in the post office for 30 minutes and only two people received service in that entire time. I have filed a report with the USPS due to Troy’s abusive behavior towards the disabled elderly and his admittance of alcoholism. I encourage more people to do so. It is completely unacceptable for government employees who are paid with US citizens tax dollars to treat people this way.
