  Their policies of what they will and won’t ship from the store are so far over the top its dumb can’t ship optics because they are “gun accessories” give your money to usps or fedex.

  I have become a regular at this store. I want to say thank you to Shannon for always being so kind and helpful. And thank you to Christal who always goes above and beyond for me. Both Shannon and Christal take extra care and providing the best service you could ever experience.

  Am just disappointed with lack of care. We proceeded to wait on someone to help us with our return and waited where it made sense with no clear indication of where the line started as we waited a guest or two came by waiting in the “line” after and the cranky old lady with piercings proceeded to say we aren’t in the actual line where then they helped the guest who came in after 4 ish minutes after us, but only wanted to tell us after they were willing to help the other guest. Just is ridiculous whoever she is needs to have a convo or respect towards their customers then she proceeded to help us farther and wanted to charge us 20$ for a box which is ridiculous as well
