- BRBradon RickettsSep 3, 20251.0Well, I hate to leave bad reviews but if I could give this “public service” zero stars I would. I am a truck driver and I live in homedale, may people have seen my semi sitting either on third street or in front of the subway. Every time I order something to my house it magically isn’t able to get delivered to my house. I don’t know what the problem is with the post office and their courier’s is but id like to know it because this is outrageous. And go figure I can’t get my packages because I’m never home when they’re open. That’s why I order them to my HOUSE. It is absolutely outrageous that everyone in this facility is incompetent to that point. And not to mention that you can’t call them directly without jumping thru 45 minutes of hoops to even then not receive an answer on where my packages are and why they show up”delivery attempted” because I have one package out of three that got delivered on the same order why aren’t the other two delivered. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I have a package.They are supposed to depaper but They say it's too heavy And the mark it as attempted to deliver but couldn't even though they never tried to delivered just because they say it are too heavy. They shouldn't agree to deliver Packages that are too heavy. now I have to go to the Post Office to pick it up. They also won't bother to get out of their trucks to deliver your male if there's something within ten feet in your mailbox
