Employees can be so rude! I always use the self-serve kiosk to ship my packages. Sometimes, my packages don’t fit in the self-drop slot, so I leave them on the counter as I’ve seen others do. Today, when I did that, the employee at the counter made a snarky comment: “Did it not fit in the drop-off?” I replied that the box might get stuck, but I’d be happy to shove it in there and try. Why are employees so rude? It honestly takes more energy to be unpleasant than polite. Terrible customer service experience.

Justin came over to assist the other employee at the front counter and helped me figure out how to get my items where they needed to go via priority mail. He was super accommodating. Interacting with people like this makes me happy. Keep it up, man! Thank you

This post office is the best! They are always very courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help you with all your questions. It’s the only post office I’ve used for seven years since moving to Cda. Highly recommend!

Wow, I am really surprised by all the negative reviews. The Postal Workers have always been very nice to me here. Maybe the Negative Nellies have never worked in customer service and have no idea how grueling it is. Best post office, and Staff, in town as far as I'm concerned.

update: Since this is the only one here i had to go back yesterday, and the lady with black hair was absolutely rude. She clapped in my face. I was just trying to get help with the address change and she was beyond rude and ignorant in front of everyone. Rude rude employees! If you can’t be nice and put a smile on your face don’t work for the public!
