They, as in all 3 of the men staff, went on and on about not getting paid to ship Amazon. I just moved to Hayden and this is the closest location, but I will now drive all the way to staples or post falls location just to avoid their harassment. And I’ll never give them business for printing or purchasing boxes! Avoid this place if you want any sort of kindness! Ps. The same owners own the UPS on Neider. What a shame to do this to the UPS corporation name! I’ll be sure to send them a message as well!
- ESE. SutfinJul 30, 20255.0I've been going to this UPS location for more than a year - mostly for Amazon returns. I've never had a bad experience, in fact most have been excellent. Today there was a long line and the clerks thanked each customer for their patience and cheerfully assisted each of them. Special kudos to Squiddy! I had problems with my returns and he patiently helped me resolve them.

Done it many times. To be charge $2 and corrected by the store employee and manager that CDA store charges $2 as well was so rude / disrespectful. Will avoid this store in the future.
