  I tried ship a small package today and the girl asked me what was in it. I told her it was a gun slide. Nothing dangerous or illegal. She said they can't ship gun part's and I told her they always have. She said that store is privately owned and they won't ship it. Then another employee told me it's a corporate rule! I told him he's lying to me about corporate! They gave me the name of a local gun shop that could ship it so I went there. They were upset because UPS doesn't understand what they are doing. He put the label on my package and put it in the shipment pile. He told me UPS will be there later that day to pick it up! I also know the company I shipped it too returns it through UPS! Whether this store is privately owned and have a policy over gun part's or whether the employees don't know what they are doing I'm not sure.

  Until today, I would have said this was my favorite UPS location. I specifically choose it for Amazon returns because it’s close to my house and the staff is usually great. Today’s experience was disappointing. I had five small Amazon return items with a single QR code that clearly stated “No Box or Label Needed.” Since there is no option to print a label for this type of return, I carried the items into the store together in a small box so I wouldn’t lose anything. The employee who assisted me seemed frustrated and taped the box shut, saying, “I’m not going to charge you for this.” I explained that the return was marked “No Box or Label Needed,” but he repeated the comment rather than explaining why there might be an issue. The interaction felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially since UPS has an agreement with Amazon to handle these returns. I hope this location can ensure all employees are familiar with the process so customers aren’t made to feel like they’re doing something wrong.

  Called to confirm a notary was available and asked if an appointment was needed. Was assured a notary would be available until 2pm, no appointment needed. Arrived at 1:30pm and the notary and only employee on duty said he would not have time to provide the service. USE A MOBILE NOTARY!

  Incredibly rude workers. We walked in, the store was completely empty. There were 2 workers at the counter. I walked up to the first register, he just pointed to the next girl. When I looked over to her she sighed very heavily, eyes got big and shrugged me over. We had 4 returns. One in which had to be packaged that we didn’t package before hand. She scanned the package, rolled her eyes, said “oh my god” and began to explain to us like we were toddlers that we needed to package the box. Which we planned to purchase a box there and do. She then, stormed off, threw her head back, retrieved the box and very angrily packaged the box for return. Maybe she was having a bad day, but the whole scene was comical & ridiculous. Do better & get better staff if they clearly don’t want to work and do their jobs.

  Been using this store, almost exclusively for Amazon returns, for many months now. Always very helpful. Always a great attitude. Never experienced any reason to complain. The only time I've seen a waiting line of any length was the week before Christmas, about 4:00 p.m. I simply went back the next day, earlier in the day, and was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Thank you UPS store!
