I went here to find out what happened to a package that was shipped to me by a relative. I wasn’t aware they sent anything to me until they checked to see if I’d received the package; about a week after it was shown as delivered. At the counter, there was one man working; shoulder long hair with glasses. Another man was processing packages and stated, “I don’t have access to a computer, if you’re dropping off packages I can take those.” Later, he asked if anyone had questions. Since he had already stated he didn’t have access to a computer I presumed he wouldn’t be able to help me with the tracking number. When I went to the counter, the longer haired man was quite belittling to me with the first comments, “Didn’t you hear the other guy ask if there were any questions? Why didn’t you ask him?” I was angered with his immediate comments, and he continued with, “Well, let me see if I can help you.” That was in a condescending tone as well. The other guy ended up speaking with me after an extended wait. Really no answer to give me other than that the package was scanned at my group mailbox in the neighborhood and then why didn’t I come in sooner as it had been 10 days. I asked for a phone call back after he said he would speak with the carrier and “let me know” what was said. Took my cell number to call me. That was now 3 days ago. I also saw the longer haired man belittle another senior whom was in line behind me and was returning mail from his PO Box that didn’t belong to him. I formed the opinion that the Post Office employee must feel very secure in his job to treat people in such a poor manner. He should be so very proud of himself to feel empowered that way. But, if he treats me that way should we ever interact again, I may forget my manners altogether with him.

The worst possible customer service imaginable. Won't deliver packages. Won't take calls. Everyday I have to go down here to pickup my packages because they can't figure out how to put a box outside of a door. I can't believe I have to pay for this.

Cannot get a hold of anyone except a useless call tree. Unfortunately I must give 1 star. There should be a zero star option.

They’re either lazy or liars. Multiple times now I’ve dropped off pre-paid packages 30 min to an hour before the posted “last pickup time” and my packages sat there all night and didn’t leave the post office until 5:30 pm the following day. That’s an entire day of shipping lost because they won’t keep their word on their last pickup time.
