This is the worst post office i have ever had to deal with. They have put my stuff in random boxes I have no access to. Also told me they didn't know my adress and it was undeliverable because of unknown adress. I have dealt with manu of them from alaska to neveda, none are as bad as this one.

Mail is delivered on Saturday, why aren't you open? Key left in mailbox as package was placed in P2. Key will not open the box and now my products are left in there for 3 days in the sweltering heat until Monday? Sorry but if you can't keep your "doors/locks" in working order, you MUST deliver to home. F rating is what you receive from me.

I was expecting an extremely important package (loved one's ashes) that were supposed to be here two weeks ago. I called and politely asked the person on the phone if they could see if they could tell me if it had gotten there yet. I told them I did not have the tracking number as the person shipping it did not give it to me. The person on the phone told me that if I am just expecting them to look for a package because I don't feel like going in then that is NOT their problem and it is MY responsibility. I told the person that was rude to say and the person proceeded to argue with me about how they are NOT rude. I told them goodbye and they were still trying to argue with me when I hung up. I was very disappointed with the customer service. If the person had been more polite on the phone and explained things in a nice way, I would not be upset. Unfortunately, the service I received was absolutely horrible and very upsetting. In the past I have talked to kind, helpful people who work there, so I hope that the person I spoke to was just having a bad day and does not handle all of their customer service in that manor.
