- RRRachelSep 19, 20192.0I was expecting an extremely important package (loved one's ashes) that were supposed to be here two weeks ago. I called and politely asked the person on the phone if they could see if they could tell me if it had gotten there yet. I told them I did not have the tracking number as the person shipping it did not give it to me. The person on the phone told me that if I am just expecting them to look for a package because I don't feel like going in then that is NOT their problem and it is MY responsibility. I told the person that was rude to say and the person proceeded to argue with me about how they are NOT rude. I told them goodbye and they were still trying to argue with me when I hung up. I was very disappointed with the customer service. If the person had been more polite on the phone and explained things in a nice way, I would not be upset. Unfortunately, the service I received was absolutely horrible and very upsetting. In the past I have talked to kind, helpful people who work there, so I hope that the person I spoke to was just having a bad day and does not handle all of their customer service in that manor.
