After completing my shipments, I asked if they recycled, they said no so I broke down my box and put it in their garbage. (It was small enough to fit into the garbage slot once broken down.) An employee then brought it back to me in the parking lot saying they had no room for it. I would have taken it with me had I been asked but don’t dig it out of the garbage and chase me down to return because you didn’t provide clear information. Rude and unprofessional.
