- TPTyler PayneSep 30, 20141.0If you want any kind of customer service, you will not find it here. The hours posted online are NOT consistent with the hours that this Post Office is actually open. If you ask local Declo residents, they will recommend that you go to Rupert or Burley if you need to buy stamps, mail a package, or get a passport.
