Terrible service. Our neighborhood mail carrier keeps delivering our neighbors’ mail to us and our mail to other neighbors. I do not know who hired him. Our ZIP code is 83815. Recently, one piece of mail was lost. This is terrible management. We do not live in Bangladesh.

I had a business location that needed a new mailbox key, I called both CDA locations multiple times across 3 days and no one answered. Finally I decided to drive over, which is about 45 minutes. Finally talked to someone in person and I filled out a form and paid a $40 rekeying fee. The lady at the front desk told me she would call me in two weeks once the key was ready. Never heard from them so tried calling again, never got ahold of anyone. Finally I decide to call the 800 number to see if they can provide an update, since I didn't want to drive the 45 minutes to the Post Office just to find out the key wasn't ready for pickup. The lady on the phone tells me that that location wouldn't be able to help me anyway, because it isn't the right zip code. So it's been two weeks, my tenant is still without a mail key, and they just kept my $40. What a complete waste of time.

These people don’t even try. Supposed to deliver to door but instead keep my package at post office because it won’t fit in my mailbox. Obviously a hammock won’t fit in the apartments mailbox. Why would I order if I wanted to pick it up. Didn’t want to walk up stairs or what? You guys SUCK and get paid for it.
