Finally I decided to drive over, which is about 45 minutes. Finally talked to someone in person and I filled out a form and paid a $40 rekeying fee. The lady at the front desk told me she would call me in two weeks once the key was ready. Never heard from them so tried calling again, never got ahold of anyone. Finally I decide to call the 800 number to see if they can provide an update, since I didn't want to drive the 45 minutes to the Post Office just to find out the key wasn't ready for pickup. The lady on the phone tells me that that location wouldn't be able to help me anyway, because it isn't the right zip code. So it's been two weeks, my tenant is still without a mail key, and they just kept my $40. What a complete waste of time.
