    I drove up from St. Maries to ship a large batch of client packages, as we don’t have local shipping options where I live. I had everything fully prepped ahead of time, packed, labels printed and affixed, knowing it would be a busy season and wanting to make the drop-off as smooth as possible. I completely understand how hectic things are right after the Christmas rush, and the store was clearly very busy. That said, the interaction itself felt rushed and a bit dismissive (I openly heard her sign on multiple occasions as customers walked in). I wasn’t offered much eye contact, and when asked if I wanted a receipt, the tone came across highly annoyed vs. helpful. I was told to set the boxes aside and they would be scanned in later, which was a little uncomfortable given that these were time-sensitive shipments. I truly appreciate having this location as an option, and know customer-facing work during peak seasons isn’t easy. A little more courtesy and communication would have gone a long way. I just hope future experiences feel more welcoming.

    Whomever put the hours in for the store should be fired 3 o’clock on a Saturday your closed close is freaking ridiculous 2 o’clock on a Sunday. Is even more idiotic

    Best place for all of my shipping! I regularly send packages to friends and family and I love using this store. Always so clean, organized and efficient.

    I just received absolutely phenomenal customer service from Rebekah, at this Coeur d’Alene UPS Store. I have moved over 30 times with the military and work and can honestly say she provided the absolute best customer service and shipping experience I have ever had. Professional, friendly, pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, competent, highly efficient and I felt like she really wanted to help and serve me. Cannot imagine anyway that it could have been a better experience. So very thankful Rebekah and this store are in this community. Please recognize her for the great employee she is and the exceptional service she provides.
