  1.22.26: It was my first time in at this location and the purpose of my visit was to drop off an Amazon return. It was super easy and fast. The store associate was friendly, quickly scanned my return, and asked if I wanted a printed receipt, to which I said yes just in case something happened to my return while in transit. I will definitely consider this my go-to location for my Amazon returns.

  I drove up from St. Maries to ship a large batch of client packages, as we don’t have local shipping options where I live. I had everything fully prepped ahead of time, packed, labels printed and affixed, knowing it would be a busy season and wanting to make the drop-off as smooth as possible. I completely understand how hectic things are right after the Christmas rush, and the store was clearly very busy. That said, the interaction itself felt rushed and a bit dismissive (I openly heard her sign on multiple occasions as customers walked in). I wasn’t offered much eye contact, and when asked if I wanted a receipt, the tone came across highly annoyed vs. helpful. I was told to set the boxes aside and they would be scanned in later, which was a little uncomfortable given that these were time-sensitive shipments. I truly appreciate having this location as an option, and know customer-facing work during peak seasons isn’t easy. A little more courtesy and communication would have gone a long way. I just hope future experiences feel more welcoming.
