My printer broke and I needed to scan and email a contract (9 pages). I'm old so do not have the technology gene and had to ask several questions. The man and woman working there spent a great deal of time just talking to each other. When I would ask for help, I got the impression that they thought I was an idiot (which I am but they don't need to tell me) and it was such an inconvenience to assist me--they did it but the body language was unreal. The man was not as bad but the smile muscles on the woman were broken! 8/4/17 between 9:30 and 10 a.m.
