  They ruined 2 batches of parts for us. Asked to get them stripped so we could reanodize them elswhere, was told multiple times that the parts were in process or halfway done. Showed up 4 weeks later and the parts were still sitting on the receiving desk where I had left them when I dropped them off. Emailed to ask for a refund for the $800+ I spent on the bad anodizing, got no reply. Had to send the parts to a different anodizer to get stripped, media blasted and redone. Also their red comes out looking sun faded and weak. Had them do some red parts, they came out awful and had to have them stripped and redone in a different color as it was not something we could put our name on to sell. I 100% do not recommend this shop.
