  Huge shout out to Sarah for being able to find me the tracking number when I lost my receipt! She was incredibly helpful when corporate FedEx was not!

  Suspicion of delivery driver purposely not attempt delivery. I made sure to stay home and be ready for the delivery to arrive for a signature. Once the estimated the delivery time was passed, the tracking website updated saying delivery was attempted and a picture of the package inside the delivery truck. My speculation is that the delivery man either could not or was too lazy to find my apartment amongst the complex. If they wanted to prove that they did in fact try, a picture of my front door would be better evidence. No door tag was provided either.

  Wow! I commend Nicole and Sarah for their excellent surprise-and-delight service! Working with this team to print materials for the ID-DHA meeting last weekend was an absolute joy! They were both knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about making sure I had everything I needed for the conference. They went above and beyond to help me get the best discounts and ensuring every detail was just right.
