- BBB5 days ago1.0I would do a half star if it would let me. should have never moved from Nampa we had it so good with the Nampa post office. In our almost year experience with the Caldwell one has been absolutely terrible. You might as well try UPS or go to Nampa unless you want to deal with rude, unresponsive, non caring, confused and ignorant people. Postmaster is worthless. It has been HELL with these people. thanks a lot for ur terrible customer service Caldwell.
