  The gentleman helped me at the Caldwell store was great at helping me to reduce the price of my package which the box I brought in was going to be $100 to ship so we found a smaller box and got the price down to $55 which I got to save some money which is always great

  I often go out of my way to return to the UPS on Cleveland Blvd. in Caldwell, ID, only because they have the best staff. Today I got Jonathan and Brittany, both are always happy, very efficient, and totally fun. It is so impressive to see employees who enjoy their jobs and do a great job. UPS do whatever is necessary to keep these two fabulous people. I always seem to spend a little more when I enjoy the place.

  They always do their best. The public is not very patient sometimes. The UPS store makes things convenient for us all, let's be patient and kind.

  I have never had friendly or helpful service at this location despite all the other locations being extremely welcoming. It's the closest to my house but I refuse to ever go back. I think they could do a lot better if they tried or cared to provide good customer service.
