One woman seemed to be explaining something but she came off as argumentative and just had to get the last word in. Unfortunately, she also helped me and was 100% wrong about everything she told me. The other lady was a lot nicer than usual but definitely doesn't mind passing things off to other people. Their whole job is to help people and this location sucks at it.

Placed 2 orders a week ago, same address on both. UPS drops off at my house 2 days later. USPS its out for delivery, its delayed, back out for delivery, oh we need address verification, its to hard, we are sending it back. Any time USPS can drop the ball they will.

I have filed a complaint. There was a check in that mail. Be very aware they may be holding back your mail. I highly recommend you get the email showing your mail so you know if your getting it or not.
