  Just look at the reviews. The mass amounts of bad reviews means it's the staff. Most of the staff is rude, unprofessional, or incompetent. They act very rude when having to do the Amazon returns. Don't waste your time with them, go to usps or twin falls ups store.

  Unlike most of the other reviews, I did not have an issue with the staff here. The young girl behind the counter was very busy, seemingly working by herself on a Saturday, but polite, prompt, and helpful when it came my turn in line. My issue with this store, hence the poor rating, is the ridiculous charge to print here. $5 for a black & white single sided 8x10 page is absolute highway robbery. When I asked the employee why it was $5, she explained it was because I emailed it to the store rather than bring it in on a USB. This isn’t standard at UPS stores (or anywhere really- $0.25 to $0.50 is normal and *reasonable* pricing) and I’ve NEVER been to a UPS store anywhere else in the country that charges an ABSURD surcharge to print via email. To my knowledge, this ludicrous surcharge policy isn’t clearly stated or posted anywhere in this store’s location which seems shady considering they shock you at checkout once your page is already printed. This store will not get any more of my business unless the printing service pricing is reevaluated considerably. I’d rather drive to Twin or Pocatello.

  Very disappointed with the experience at this UPS Store. I accidentally put my own name on a package that was meant as a gift for my sister. Even though she had the tracking number, my authorization, and I was willing to provide any additional information needed, they refused to release it to her. This was a small personal package (clothing items), not anything high-value or restricted. I understand the need for security, but the lack of flexibility and refusal to work with us at all was extremely frustrating. Especially when it was clearly a simple mistake and easily verifiable. I was told it was “corporate policy,” but the experience felt unnecessarily rigid and unhelpful. Customer service should include some level of problem-solving, not just repeating policy with no attempt to assist.
