First I go to local office and drop off a package and they won’t let me use a piece of tape and say I need to buy a roll. Next my mail gets sent to this office when was supposed to be delivered and now this office is closed Saturdays so will not get until Monday if I’m lucky

I called Jennifer and explained the situation (Rx glasses to a loved one). She was beyond helpful. She took my phone number down, made sure it was delivered that day, and called me back to let me know. Thank you, JENNIFER! You are amazing!

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday for my daughters concert happening today. I gave them a day of grace because they changed the date to today instead. This morning, they routed it to a different post office making it too late for me to get the item as the post office they sent it to is closed today. When we called, they did not even care and were absolutely no help.
