My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday for my daughters concert happening today. I gave them a day of grace because they changed the date to today instead. This morning, they routed it to a different post office making it too late for me to get the item as the post office they sent it to is closed today. When we called, they did not even care and were absolutely no help.
